Shipping

Spain: free shipping from 19.95€ purchase, otherwise it will be 2,95€. The estimated delivery time is 5 working days aprox. If for any incident or query you need to contact us regarding your order, you can send an email to hello@indietales.me
For the rest of the countries you can see the shipping rate in the shopping cart. The estimated delivery time is 14 working days.

Returns and exchanges

You can return your order by requesting it through the mail hello@indietales.me within a maximum period of 7 days after reception. After that you must send us the product, once we have checked its condition we will refund the purchase using the same payment method in which you placed the order.

INDIE tales does not store any personal data, credit card numbers or any information related to the payment method you have chosen. We will only ask you if you wish to receive information about Paula's rock and roll universe by email, in that case we will keep only your email address.
